BCN Members are serving their clients with a blended learning approach in order to support them in the most effective and efficient way, using the best learning modalities. Members (Consultants) in the BCN are complementary to each other, based on competence, synergy and/or region. In this way BCN will be able to maximize the benefit for each member. By being a member of BCN, one expands the reach of their services, and is able to connect to clients (subscriber of services) with a much broader offering, beyond what they could offer alone, comparable to larger consultancy organizations while keeping the flexibility and personal approach of a small independent organization.

Based mainly on inputs of BCN members, a wide Corporate course/training catalog is being created and regularly updated, whereas the content must reflect the need of the corporate clients and will be the main tool for marketing BCN offerings. Each BCN training has to have the ability to be used as a stand-alone application ,as well as a combination of a total training program including classroom training, in order to maximize its impact and effectiveness. In respect to the copyrights, BCN members who created the training are the copyright owners, if not stated explicitly otherwise in the contract. BeeWiser fulfills mainly the marketing and selling channel function.

Each training has got its value represented in BeeWiser by its price, which will be charged by each run of the respectable training. You, as the owner of the training, get 70% of the revenue and BeeWiser service charge is 30%. For this you get a unique way of marketing your know-how to corporate clients World-Wide.

The BCN members can work together in the same way as they work with their client. We use Beewiser’s social network features and training development tools, to create the best learning environment available.

Each BCN Member can call-in the assistance/support of another fellow member for their competence/specialty, for their clients. In this way your position with your client will be considerably enhanced, due to a much broader offering, with a homologous approach about learning.

There is a general process outline in order to cerate new high-quality BeeWiser Training (see figure on next page). Each BCN member should follow these rules in case he is interested in cooperation on the creation process with the BeeWiser team consultants. Nevertheless each BCN member is also allowed to create his content in BeeWiser on its own, without requesting cooperation of the BeeWiser team.

Beside the Corporate course/training catalogue, there BCN members have an option to place each training on BeeWiser's Public site as a PAID training. The owner of the training determines the price. Whilst Corporate course/training catalogue is promoted by BeeWiser to corporate clients (with a dedicated access to BeeWiser), BeeWiser's Paid Public site is accessible to any Internet users, who are willing to pay for content delivery.
